Client Concierge
Your family’s well-being is at the center of everything we do at Potentia. In my role as Client Concierge, I draw on my degree from Sacramento State University and my career experiences in customer service, but as much as anything my family life prepares me for helping you. I’m a wife, a mother of two, the chief dog walker to Bear (our French bulldog puppy) and an avid Oakland A’s fan. If I had any spare time, I would use it to read or paint. But I don’t have a lot of spare time and you probably don’t either. So, you can count on me to understand how busy you are and how urgent your need may be. You can count on me to be the one who answers the phone when you call. And you can depend on me to find ways to make your Potentia experience convenient for you.
