Operations Manager
In my role with Potentia as Operations Manager, I strive to bring my extensive industry knowledge and service background to help the valued clients and advisors of Potentia.
With over 12 years of experience with LPL Financial in the corporate office and 5 years with The Financial Services Network, I’ve had the opportunity to specialize in a variety of different departments and operations roles, including clients service, annuity trading, internal training, virtual administration, and business transitions. I’ve seen firsthand how the work I provide in back-office operations directly affects the client. I first worked with Potentia 5 years ago as a virtual admin. I have since helped them intermittently through business transitions, such as when client needs arose that needed experienced assistance. Today, I am happy to be on board full-time serving Potentia clients and assisting with Potentia’s special projects.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters at the beach and exploring the local community, restaurants, and parks.
