CEO, Private Wealth Advisor
Would it surprise you to learn that the root of the word “wealth” means “well-being.” It has come to mean “prosperity,” too, but you’ll find with Potentia that your goals for well-being and your goals for prosperity become part of your family’s financial plan. Your plan begins with the end in mind — a vision for your future that may include your children’s education, successful careers, investments, retirement, and more. It also takes into consideration your family’s well-being throughout. I have helped individuals and families prepare for their future since 2003, refining the Potentia way based on my own life experiences and the journeys of my clients.
It was important to work at Merrill Lynch and Edward Jones in the early part of my career to learn how best to serve my client’s financial goals. What I have experienced in my own life has also taught me the importance of financial planning and being prepared. I have dealt with the loss of a family member when proper estate documents were not in place. I have watched parents’ assets dwindle because my grandparents needed care and didn’t have proper insurance. I have established, funded, and depleted educational accounts for my children. I know the confidence one can feel navigating the ups and downs of life when there is a plan that guides.
The value of all that life experience and financial knowledge is built into Potentia. There is a vast array of financial products to address your financial goals, individualized alert programs to monitor the progress of your investments, and notifications that signal when an investment may deviate from plan specifications. Just as importantly, if not more so, every Potentia team member is here with one goal: To support you and your family’s financial health.
It is all in place to help you live your life confidently.
