My many years in customer service and management prepared me for my role at Potentia. Beginning in Client services, I created deep relationships with many of our clients that I cherish. Now in a management role, we have a larger team processing client requests and most client action flows through me. I make sure you have the most capable team member working with you and your Advisor to exceed your expectations. I have strength in my attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong work ethic. Clients and my team know I enjoy most solving the “tough stuff”.
While my work at Potentia has the left side of my brain doing most of the heavy lifting, outside of work I allow my right side of my brain some space. I enjoy reading and painting and spending time with my lovely husband.
