Before coming on board with Potentia 5 years ago my heart first connected with owner Kevin Swanson and the team he had put in place. Their shared vision of serving individuals and families, helping to navigate everything in their financial life, struck home. The Advisors truly valued helping people putting clients at the center of any process in place. Growing up I saw the effects of poor financial planning and life’s stress of going it alone without a proper plan.
With a background in business and team management I welcomed an opportunity to help them create. Create a business that would stand the tests of time, build sound processes that would streamline requests, and put together Advisors and support staff to serve clients with the highest level of service.
Today, as Partner, managing the team and business of Potentia, I talk to our clients less and less. However, I relish an opportunity for a hug when in office or a quick catch up when I answer the phone. When not in the office I spend much of my time in my garden or at the beach with my husband and two kids.
