Joining Potentia in 2015, I was drawn to the heart and vision of the team—people who believed deeply in guiding individuals and families through every aspect of their financial lives. Having witnessed the challenges of poor financial planning growing up, I knew I wanted to be part of a firm that puts people first, where advisors genuinely care and clients are always at the center of every process.
With a background in business and team management, I saw an opportunity not just to join, but to help build. Over the years, I’ve focused on creating a business that’s built to last—strengthening our operations, developing efficient systems, and fostering a team of advisors and support professionals committed to delivering exceptional service.
Today, as Partner, I lead the strategic vision, planning, and operations for Potentia Group. I work closely with our talented team every day, supporting and empowering them so they can show up as their best selves and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. While my day-to-day now includes fewer client conversations, I still cherish every hug in the office or chance to catch up on a quick call. Outside of work, you’ll find me in my garden or at the beach with my husband and two kids—my favorite places to recharge and reflect on the work we do and the lives we touch.
